Two of Swords

Do you feel as if you are trying to get to the bottom of something which you are not seeing clearly?

You have a decision to make but don't feel as if you have all the facts laid out in front of you to make the best decision possible.

This is what you are faced with when it comes to the Two of Swords. Do you do this or do you do that?

It's not even that you don't know what you wish to do, it's more about not feeling as if you can do what you have your heart set on.

It may be because something needs to fall into place which is outside of your control, or that you are waiting for an answer from someone else before you can make your decision. Either way the Two of Swords can be a frustrating card to deal with, as it leaves you feeling a bit high and dry and at the mercy of others.

And therein lies the first step to the answer you may be seeking. If you are feeling at the mercy of others, before you can take your first step in the direction you wish, ask yourself if there something you can do on your own that gives you some power back in the situation.

Fear can make you freeze. Often just one small step is all it takes for you to unfreeze the inaction which usually accompanies this card.

If you were to do one thing what would it be? Would there be anyone who could help you, and do you feel comfortable asking for that help?

The direction you wish to go is within you and all you have to do is open yourself to the answers by taking that first step.
