Be Thankful for Gratitude
Gratitude is a very high vibrational energy and one of the most powerful energies in the universe. When you practice it often, it will bring more of what you want into your life.
Louise Hay of Hay House says she is thankful for every bill she receives, and thankful for the money to pay it. It makes sense that she is now an internationally recognised name and owns one of the biggest publishing houses in the world.
There is something magical about being thankful and appreciative for everything we experience. It stops us focusing on the negative which is very easy to do. Somehow our minds seem addicted to worry, but gratitude can help break that cycle.
We bring more of what we focus on into our lives. So make your focus positive and practice giving thanks for everything. If the light is red, give thanks. If the light is green give thanks. If your partner says I love you, give thanks. If your boyfriend doesn’t call, give thanks.
No matter what happens in your life, whether it looks like a blessing or not, give thanks. Gratitude works!

Very insightful. Too many times are we only thankful when we feel blessed but not when times have turned difficult. I have found I am guilty of this. This is one blog I needed to read. Thank you!

I am going through a very difficult time in my life, I would even say that it is the WORST adversity that I have ever faced, but thanks to this problem I was able to understand how much I need the Lord, and that I don’t have to go through this alone. I am going through a spiritual awakening, and realizing the most important things in my life. I feel BLESSED, and I no longer feel alone. I give THANKS for trial because I have AWOKEN from my deep spiritual slumber.
