I should think the best way to have a spread that fits all your parameters is to create one
Begin with a succinct question and build the spread and its positions to give insights on the question
For instance the first position could be to define what you need to know about the real estate market, the second what you need to do, a third what hidden factors need to be considered
First however would be to take all the practical steps
A good realtor would probably be a better source of insights and options about specific areas and price ranges than would the tarot
