Who's to say it was not your destiny to meet this man and get involved, and believe that you were destined to be together-just so you could experience the heartbreak when you relise that those dreams were not going to manifest-just so that you could then do the necessary things involved in your own personal growth to make you the person you are going to become, so that you will eventually meet the ONE person who may be your destiny-or maybe not, just another lesson put in your way
Destiny is one of those thoughts (like, if I had left the house when I was supposed to, that car that just went through the red light would have hit me)-that have the potential to drive us crazy
Each person we meet we learn something from, on some level
You must cherish every person in your life for the time they are in your life, wether it be fleeting or a lifetime
And you must also learn that you have control over your life, and you must make the most of it
I am sorry if this is a cynical posting, I guess I am sort of in a cynical mood
I hope I haven't scared you away
