Tarot I wanted to know

Hi everyone, I am very BIG on adding tarot card pic's to my posts
I know to credit the artiest and all, but I wanted to know if it was allowed
I read the post about it but I am still a little confused
I have a few decks scaned into my computer
So my question is, would it be alright if it was from my own computer to post pictures of some of the cards? Thanks
