My 2 cents on this subject
First of all, I believe you when you say that the cards still work for you
But I think that the deck will be less accurate without the court cards
Suppose you would want to do a reading on your future of your career or your future love life
If a person will play an important role in those aspects of life, it will be more difficult for the cards to represent this
Interpretation of another card representing a person will imho be more difficult then the interpreation of a court card representing a person
Don't get me wrong, I think that everybody is free to choose wich cards he would like to do a reading with, but I just wonder that maybe you are making it more difficult on yourself instead of easier
I don't write this to judge you, I just want to give you my humble remarks
If choose to not using the court cards I respect that
