There are basic, general meanings to a card, but learning to trust your intuition is an important part of reading
You may see something that completely eludes me, and vice versa
Keep your notes, and study the basic lessons
You will add to your notes over time, and you may even discard a few of your impressions if they no longer "fit" for you
