Tarot by karenOk, I am now ready All the decks on my list are what I think are called Theme decks Maybe as my knowledge expands I will become interested in the more traditional tarot decks But looking over my list I feel as if I must be wanting to live in some sort of fantasy world or something.LOL But if that is where I am at at this moment in time, so be it 1)Arthurian Legend Ann-Marie Ferguson Llewelyn Pub ISBN 1567182658 I grew up listening to tales of King Arthur from my mother and grandmother who were from England 2)Merlin Tarot R.J Stewart, Miranda Gray Harper ISBN 0007133227 This one for the same reason-it has moved up on my list 3)Ancient Egyptian Tarot Clive Barrett Harper ISBN 0007133219 I have always been fascinated with ancient cultures, and these pictures are beautiful 4)Mythic Juliet Sharman-Burke ISBN 0743219198 Again, dealing with myths 5)Shapeshifter D.J Conway,Sirona Knight,Lisa Hunt Llewellyn ISBN 156783840 I have fallen in love with this deck because of Wolfchild Her descriptions of them captured me from the start 6)Dragon Tarot Peter Pracownik US Games ISBN 0880791829 Again thanks to Wolfchild 7)Unicorn Tarot Suzanne Star, Liz Hilton US Games ISBN 0880791993 I have read several reviews about this deck and none of them were very good And I have to admit the card pictures don't go with alot of the meanings But I have always had a love of Unicorns What can I say-at least it is at the bottom of the list-and I am sure that any decks I add will definately be added before this one As far as books, I hadn't thought too much about new books except the symbol books that HH has recommended Though I do have to ask, what does it mean when a book is available through special license-do we need a special license or does the bookstore have special authorization to sell it?
