Hello, As far as I'm concerned (and I'm as far concerned as I'm using both Waite and Crowley), I can say from my experience "It depends": The Hanged Man in the Waite Deck reminds me that there are situations in our lives where we can't do anything but give in to fate and destiny and simply wait for whatever may come

I had!) With Crowley, things are a bit different: Here, a soul seems to be crucified and needs salvation; but this is only possible by handling the crucifying deadlock(s), that is to realize it (them), to change one's way of thinking to overcome it (them) and finally to give salvation to the soul
