My personal card-reading ethics are always evolving, my current statement is available on my website
I have been told the umbrella of protection provided by on-line ministerial organizations that issue _certificates_ covers some "spiritual practices" that [b]may[/b]:- be exempt from other professional training and licensing
.however, it seems that local/state ordinances would still be applicable and would take precedence
I prefer to keep my tarot practice separate from the ministerial ordination and licensure I possess
