Hi! Well, here goes! I have completed a spread using the method outlined in lesson 3 and would like to share it
Question (posed 25 April 2003): how will my Tarot studies pan out? Spread: Three cards using the major arcana only

Position 1 The present situation = the wheel of fortune
Position 2 Advice = the sun
Position 3 The outcome = the tower
Interpretation: A new cycle or chapter in my life is now beginning
Fate has brought me to a study of the Tarot as part of the plan made for me by a greater intelligence
I am meeting my destiny in this study
This is a fortunate stage in my life
I am advised to avoid arrogance in my studies (which would lead to misjudgements)
I should treat the Tarot with reverence, respect and humility in order to receive clear visions of what it holds
I should be positive and optimistic about my learning
I should be energetic and creative about it
I should have fun with the Tarot and be happy in my studies
The outcome of my studies (insofar as we ever stop learning) will be one of considerable, maybe unexpected change
New opportunities will make me a stronger and wiser person
Studying Tarot will ultimately lead me to a re-evaluation of myself
Unhealthy structures (in my mind, my beliefs, my values?) will be broken down but this radical upheaval will eventually be beneficial
Tarot will be the therapeutic guide providing insight into my problems
It will be the talismanic thread that guides me in the exploration of my own unconscious where I shall find my true self and free it from the artifical constraints and conventions of society's demands
How will my Tarot studies pan out? In liberation
Any feedback would be gratefully received
In particular, am I right to focus on the positive:- aspects of the tower because, here, it benefits so much from the light of the sun next to it?
