Tarot cards-u-like by bluemoonHi! Celeste's description of spring captures my feelings exactly! Sometimes I can sense spring coming as early as January then enjoy the build up to the burst of life that comes in March (apologies to forum members in the southern hemisphere where the months associated with seasons are reversed) Interestingly, though, it was not the empress that caught my attention in this lesson but rather the magician and the high priestess I read them as complementary facets of the human mind: the magician is all about talents, skills, tools available to be worked with consciously whereas the high priestess deals in intuition, the guidance provided by the unconscious As for cards being reversed, I obviously do not have enough experience yet to make a judgement If HH doesn't use them, then that's good enough for me! I do not think, though, that that means we can dispense altogether with the significations of reversals Rather each card seems to have positive and negative associations either of which, depending upon the reading and the querent, could manifest Is that a more sensible approach to adopt than the traditional one which states baldly 'upright (always) = good', 'reversed (always) = bad' or am I way off beam here?
