I completed lesson 1 last week so I thought I'd share my initial reactions with you about the cards you mention (based on the Mythic Tarot): 2 cups - a saviour, a hero, rescue, found and released 7 cups - seek in order to find, follow your heart, your quest 4 cups - listening to others' opinions, getting evidence, hearing stories justice - justice, the law, balance, harmony, wisdom, cool and clinical ace wands - power, strength, fire, energy 8 cups - dark, sorrowful, lonely journey, something sad has to be done queen cups - mystery and knowledge, dark beauty, she knows something death - a price to pay, a dark warrior, the end devil - binds that tie, dark, control, power and domination ace pentacles - power and resolution queen pentacles - sensuous beauty, feeling, sensation 3 pentacles - help us, we need you, we look up to you The card that particularly struck me:- was the 8 of wands: [b]plain sailing, forging ahead, on the road to glory[/b] Best wishes
