Hi there Really interesting to read all your comments about this first lesson
I've just completed mine and found it really worthwhile
After not really doing any Tarot for 6 years it was a great way of getting back into the cards and I connected with a number of cards that before I could never get a grip on
I have to say my favourite suit is the Cups and my best cards are the 2 of cups and the 7 of cups
The 2 because it always makes me feel really positive about relationships and that something new and fresh is about to start, whether within an existing or a new realtionship
And the 7 because I think it is a very positive card in that there are many options to choose and now it's time to make your mind up as to which one you want to work with
I think that if you've already got all these options available, your life must be very positive and going well to start with
Am I way off with these interpretations? However, I can't get to grips with the suit of Wands
The meanings just don't seem to stick in my head and when I look at the cards many of them don't say a thing to me
Similarly I find the Pages all difficult to read and I can't grasp the different meanings to each of them
Still, I shall keep trying
if it was easy, we'd all be great from the start!
