However, this is a chance to reiterate some of the items that go into being prepared to read as a business, i.e
for money
Do you have a business license and a tax ID number? Have you obtained the necessary licensing or waivers from your township or county? Does your local govement require a bond? If you are reading from your residency do you have adequate parking and reasonable access? Does your homeowners or renters insurance provide adequate coverage? Do you need to have either a Health Department inspection or a Building Department inspection? Do you have business cards? Are you familiar with the local ordinances that pertain to *fortune telling* and prophecy? Do local laws require you to make a "for entertainment purposes only" statement? What are the liability laws in your locale? Are you going to make an audio or video recording of the reading? If so is your equipment well maintained and do you have a back-up
Do you have a copy of your personal tarot ethics to give to your client? What about a handout to explain how you use the tarot and what you see as your role?
