Hi Celeste, while I do not consider myself a collector of tarot decks I am a student of tarot history
As a student of tarot history and development I look closely at how and when changes in tarot occurred and in the surrounding milieu for clues as to why those changes occurred
While I use a wide range of books, from art books on the period, to novels of the period I am studying, the decks themselves provide the main tool for opening the door to the mindset of the creators and developers of tarot
Playing the environmentally irresponsible guilt card raised my ire, I admit
